UK Delivery

We will endeavour to ship all orders placed before 4pm the next working day.

Royal Mail First Class: £5

Royal Mail state that first class will be delivered in one working day but it is not guaranteed. If you do need a guaranteed service please email jess@wingedhare.co.uk and we will see what we can do to help. 

Royal Mail Second Class: £3.50

Or free if you spend £45 or over, this discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Click & Collect: Free

If you would like to collect your order in person just select Click & Collect at checkout and then email jess@wingedhare.co.uk to arrange collection. Collection is from Idmiston, Salisbury, SP4 0AT.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn.

To start a return, you can contact us at jess@wingedhare.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions. Please note that unless an item has a fault, then return postage will need to be paid for by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
